Award-Winning Properties: June 2022 Update
As Brisbane continues to boom from strength to strength, we are thrilled to announce the below award-winning properties, all of which PEC partnered with exclusively.

The Standard, by Aria Property Group, has been awarded Australia’s Best High-Density Development by the National Urban Development Institute of Australia for 2022 (UDIA).
This accolade continue Aria’s winning streak, making it the developer’s fourth national award success in six years.
Completed in July 2022, The Standard represents Aria’s latest flagship development, located in the vibrant hub of Fish Lane, in South Brisbane. The Standard features world-class innovations, including the private resident’s Wellness Club, the Rooftop Club and internationally acclaimed, Lune Croissainterie, located on the ground level.

The project located in Mermaid Beach, received the majority of the public votes against 18 other entries.
