Now Settled: Victoria & Vine by GURNER™

We are thrilled to announce the settlement of GURNER™’s latest project, Victoria & Vine.

Drawing on the history and design of New York, and blending it with Melbourne’s own, Victoria & Vine is a project of layered beauty, sophistication and culture.

A complete village within the vibrant neighbourhood of Collingwood and bordering East Melbourne, Victoria & Vine is unlike anything Australia has seen before.

Residents can enjoy stunning views from the rooftop, lounging by the infinity pool, gathering with friends on multiple, beautifully landscaped terraces, while being surrounded by beautiful greenery, making it feel like their own private oasis.

With an exclusive pre-launch in 2018, many PEC clients invested in this project, featuring a two and three bedroom luxury residences, with prices ranging from $450K – $9M.

Fast forward to 2022, the journey to completion was certainly a challenging one, with multiple and severe COVID lockdowns occurring in Melbourne.

Please enjoy this Q&A with our Managing Director, Brent Severino and Tim Gurner, as they talk us through this impressive development, which has set a new bar in the Collingwood streetscape.
