PACIFIC EASTCOAST EVOLVED OUT OF FOUNDER AND NOW CHAIRMAN ALAN SEVERINO’S ACCOUNTING PRACTICE, BASED IN MELBOURNE FROM 1975.

Property investment played an integral role in his Accounting and professional advice, and even in those earlier years, there was a recurring theme amongst his clients with property. He realised many clients were interested yet time-poor and ill-equipped to complete the research needed to select the right property, market and timing.

Clients often sought advice from local real estate agents who could only recommend their very localised market, regardless of the greater market dynamics and outlook. Furthermore, as their Accountant, he was often made aware of their property investment only after the fact – and only then brought in to ‘problem solve’ some inferior property purchases.

The Pacific Eastcoast property service was established to overcome these complications with our Accounting clients, providing specific property and market expertise to ensure their property investments provided the greatest potential.

The first property recommendation and investments for clients was completed in May, 1978. An ‘off the plan’ apartment building with views over Cronulla beach in NSW, purchased between $30,000 and $40,000 each.

Today Pacific Eastcoast operates under a B2B structure, partnering with other Accountants and Financial Planners and have achieved more than 10,000 successful investment property purchases over the last 40 years.

GENERAL MANAGER

Joining Pacific Eastcoast in 2000 as Project Manager, Susan has worked closely with and developed lasting relationships with our Developers, Advisers and Clients. Now holding the position of General Manager and Licensee in Charge, Susan overseas the day-to-day operations, compliance and Licensing; and works closely with our Directors to facilitates the sales, contract and marketing efforts of the company.

Richard Bournon
DIRECTOR

Richard has been with Pacific Eastcoast since 2015 and in 2019, came on as the Director of Sales. He has an extensive background in the property industry, with various roles that have seen him bring on some of Pacific Eastcoast’s largest referral partners.

ALAN severino
CHAIRMAN

Chairman and founder of Pacific East Coast Pty Limited, Alan is a Fellow of the Australian Society of Certified Practicing Accountants and has postgraduate qualifications in Financial Management and Planning.

Alan has been at the forefront of the property investment service market since the late 1970’s and today assists Pacific Eastcoast with that knowledge and cycle experience.
