This service will be an excellent solution to a specific segment within your client base and will offer solutions the client could not source on their own.

 

RESPONSIBLE ENTITY MANAGED INVESTMENTS DIVISION

Our Managed Investment division, through our subsidiary Property Investments Management Limited (PIML) provides steady and contractual income to our business with a focus on Schemes in the Hotel and Student Accommodation areas. We also provide a funds management operation and make offers specific within the property industry where we have tailored expertise.

  • Residential, apartments or townhouses, commercial and retail properties in  strong, existing markets
  • Residential investments are of a quality and size to appeal to the owner occupier market when you choose to sell, maximising capital gain potential
  • Are outside of the CBD high density markets but within the historical inner and middle ring zones

Our Responsible Entity Services division provides an independent management service to property owners. We act as the link between the property operator and individual investors. Our goal is to provide an efficient and seamless experience for the property owner by receiving and processing monthly operational data, distributing profits to investors and ensuring operations are compliant with the scheme documentation.

Our team is committed to operating with honesty, exercising care and diligence to act in the best interest of all members of the investment.

We currently manage four managed investments with over 500 investors, comprising both Managed Investment Schemes and Management Rights Schemes.
